With over 20 years in the industry, we partner with major brands to supply: TVs & Displays Soundbars, Speakers & Home Audio Headphones & Portable Audio IT Products (computers, monitors, peripherals, networking, storage) Home & Kitchen Appliances We sell into Latin America through distributors, retailers, e-tailers, and regional partners. We are now looking for a Regional Sales Representative - Latin America who already understands this market and has real sales experience in appliances and electronics .
Position Summary:
The Regional Sales Representative - LATAM is responsible for growing sales of Trading Unlimited's product portfolio (especially TVs, soundbars, speakers, and IT products ) across Latin American markets.
You will:
Develop and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and key resellers Open new accounts and grow existing ones Travel regularly to visit customers, attend meetings, and support deals Work closely with internal teams (purchasing, logistics, finance) to execute business Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a defined territory in Latin America (countries to be assigned), with clear sales and margin targets. Sell and promote electronics brand-name , including: TVs, soundbars, speakers, home theater Headphones and audio products IT hardware and accessories Identify, prospect, and onboard new distributors, retailers, and resellers in the region. Maintain and grow existing accounts by: Regular visits and calls Joint business planning New product introductions Promotions and sell-through support Prepare and deliver offers, quotations, and proposals tailored to each customer and market. Negotiate pricing, terms, and volume deals within company guidelines to achieve profitable growth. Monitor market trends and competition in electronics: Price positioning vs. competitors New product launches Channel dynamics by country Work closely with internal teams : With purchasing to ensure product availability and assortment With logistics to coordinate shipments, delivery times, and export requirements With finance to support credit applications, payment terms, and collections if needed Track and report sales performance : Build and maintain a pipeline Provide regular forecasts and activity reports Analyze sell-in and available sell-through data when provided by customers Attend trade shows, events, and key customer visits in Latin America as needed. Requirements & Qualifications 3+ years of B2B sales experience in Consumer Electronics , specifically selling products such as: TVs, soundbars, speakers, audio systems IT products (PCs, monitors, networking, peripherals) Experience selling into Latin American markets (dealers, distributors, retailers, or regional chains).
Proven track record of:
Opening new accounts Growing existing accounts Hitting or exceeding sales targets. Fluent Spanish (required); English required. Portuguese is a strong plus. Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution in LATAM (pricing structures, margins, importers, local market realities). Ability and willingness to travel frequently to Latin America (estimate: 30-50% of the time, depending on territory). Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Organized and detail-oriented , able to manage multiple countries, customers, and follow-ups at the same time. Comfortable working with Excel and CRM tools for quotes, reports, and pipeline management. Based in South Florida or willing to relocate; valid Driver's License .
