As a Sales Coordinator , you'll guide patients through one of the most important decisions of their lives from first contact to booked surgery. You'll provide education, support, and confidence to every potential patient while helping us meet our growth goals.

Your Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming leads via phone, email, and social media Guide patients through the consultation and booking process with empathy and professionalism Coordinate consultations, pre-op, and post-op appointments Provide detailed information on procedures, pricing, recovery, and financing options Maintain accurate records in CRM and scheduling tools Follow up consistently with leads and maintain high-touch communication Collaborate with front desk, surgical team, and patient care team Exceed monthly performance targets and KPIs Handle sensitive patient information with discretion and care What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in sales or patient coordination (medical aesthetics or plastic surgery preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred Friendly, outgoing personality with a sales-driven mindset Excellent communication and follow-up skills Tech-savvy and organized (CRM, EMR, scheduling tools) Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Committed to providing outstanding patient experiences Compensation & Benefits $18.00 - $45.00+/hr (base + uncapped commission ) Performance-based bonuses + incentives Employee discounts on aesthetic treatments & services Career advancement opportunities in a growing practice Supportive, professional, and team-oriented work culture Paid training provided If you're ready to grow with a practice that values your hustle, heart, and ambition; we want to hear from you.
