Requirements:

Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement for required travel Employer conducts motor vehicle record check, background check and drug screening. Employer has a dress code Responsibilities Complete training regarding the product line. Maintain knowledge base of all new motorcycle makes and models. Fit Specialists Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their motorcycle purchase. Create a motorcycle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. Fit Specialists test ride motorcycles to demonstrate features. Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals. Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork. Fit Specialists support online customers through our eSales office. Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
