Responsibilities Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to understand their wireless needs and provide tailored recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including cash register operations, cash handling, and balancing the cash drawer accurately. Upsell additional products, services, or plans to maximize customer value and meet sales targets. Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the store is well-organized and inviting for shoppers. Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments, ensuring clear and friendly communication. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service throughout every interaction. Qualifications Previous retail sales experience or grocery store experience preferred; familiarity with merchandising and stock management is a plus. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to connect with diverse customers. Experience with POS systems, cash register operations, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions. Demonstrated cashiering skills including cash drawer handling and basic math proficiency. Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership growth opportunities. Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and upselling strategies is highly desirable.
