Job Description

The Firm Dynamic Core Capital is a growing private equity firm headquartered in Jacksonville Beach, FL focused on strategic investments in lower middle-market companies across various industries. Position Summary Dynamic Core Capital Partners is seeking a Business Development and Capital Raising Coordinator to support the firm's communications, business development and fundraising efforts. This role will work closely with senior leadership to produce polished marketing materials, maintain consistent messaging across investor and partner-facing content, and help manage the firm's presence at industry events and within its professional network. The ideal candidate has strong writing and visual storytelling skills, proficiency with PowerPoint/design tools and comfort learning internal systems, excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach suited to a fast-paced, small-team environment. Responsibilities Develop, update, and maintain recurring investor and business development materials. Arrange and manage investor and business development calendar, support meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up coordination. Update and leverage the firm's CRM (DealCloud) to track investor relationships, business development activity, and outreach pipelines. Coordinate travel logistics, conferences, and events for senior leadership, including registration, scheduling, and materials preparation. Support the firm's banker and intermediary coverage efforts, including tracking priority relationships, recent interactions, relationship owners, follow-up items, and appropriate future touchpoints. Support direct business development outreach to investment bankers, business owners, service providers, executives, and other intermediaries, including coordinating outreach campaigns and ensuring timely follow-up. Travel with senior leadership to key meetings and conferences to coordinate logistics, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through. (Travel is typically once a quarter). Support the production of case studies, program overviews, and thesis-driven content for fundraising and business development efforts. Track and manage outreach campaigns, ensuring timely follow-up with prospective investors and partners identified through CRM data. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in marketng, communications, business development, or a related support role (private equity, financial services, or professional services experience preferred). Familiarity with CRM platforms, DealCloud experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools and agentic workflows, and in particular, Claude Cowork. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce polished, professional materials for investors and partner audiences. Proficiency in PowerPoint and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar), with a good eye for visual presentation and brand consistency. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competiting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness and ability to travel with senior leadership as needed for meetings, conferences, and events. Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership, investors, and external partners.
