Boat Sales

Are you passionate about boating and sales? We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Boat Salesperson! Must have strong boating background & boat sales experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the right boat for their needs. Provide expert knowledge on our boat inventory, features, and accessories. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Offer financing options and walk customers through the purchasing process. Stay up to date on boating trends, technology, and industry news. Meet and exceed sales goals. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications:

Previous in-person sales experience a must. (Boat sales a MUST) Must have strong marine/boat knowledge. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Candidates must be experienced & comfortable operating boats of various sizes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Must be able to work weekends.
