Responsibilities Engage with bilingual customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable used vehicles, ensuring an exceptional sales experience. Conduct outbound calls, cold calling campaigns, and follow-up communications to generate new leads and nurture existing prospects within the sales pipeline. Negotiate deals confidently, balancing customer satisfaction with dealership objectives to close high-value sales effectively. Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure vehicle availability aligns with market demand. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update sales activities, and support sales management efforts. Upsell additional products or services such as warranties or accessories to maximize deal value while meeting customer needs. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions, including public speaking engagements or presentations when needed. Experience Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments, preferably within a dealership setting. Strong background in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales strategies. Demonstrated success in negotiation, upselling, and managing a robust sales pipeline. Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, French, or other languages) is essential to serve diverse customer demographics effectively. Familiarity with CRM software platforms and inventory management systems is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational skills combined with retail math knowledge to accurately handle retail transactions and calculations. Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to foster positive customer relationships and support marketing initiatives.
