Base plus commission | Commission 20 to 30 percent of sales | Typical weekly earnings $1,000 to $4,000 or more Worxweb Solutions is hiring an Experienced Moving Sales Broker for a high-volume moving and storage brokerage in Lake Worth, FL. This is an inbound-only sales role with exclusive lead flow, a structured sales floor, and a compensation plan built for closers who already know how to work a moving desk inside Granot. No cold calling. No recycled leads. Calls come from consumers actively shopping for moving services. The expectation is that you price accurately, manage objections, and close efficiently from first contact through booked job. What you will be doing You will handle inbound moving inquiries from first quote through booking, build and price moves inside Granot with speed and accuracy, manage objections around pricing, timing, and competitors, follow up with undecided prospects strategically, and maintain organized pipeline activity throughout each shift. You will work toward individual and team performance metrics on a floor where production is tracked and results are recognized. What we are looking for
Must-haves:
Hands-on proficiency with Granot software for building and pricing moves (current, active experience required) Prior moving brokerage experience or a demonstrated background in commission-based, high-volume phone sales Strong call control, pacing, and objection handling in a fast-paced inbound environment Ability to work onsite in Lake Worth, FL on a consistent Monday through Saturday schedule Reliable transportation to the office daily Nice to have: Experience managing a moving sales pipeline from quote to booked job independently Background in a structured sales floor environment with tracked daily and weekly metrics Compensation Base pay plus commission (commission structure unlocks after defined production milestones)
Commission:
