Available Positions:

Sales Representatives (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

Store Manager:

Lead and motivate the store team to meet and exceed sales targets. Ensure exceptional customer experiences and maintain store standards. Manage inventory, scheduling, and daily operations efficiently. Provide training and support to sales staff.

Sales Representatives:

Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend the best Metro by T-Mobile plans and products. Achieve individual and team sales goals. Assist with store upkeep and inventory management. Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.

Requirements:

Bilingual (English + Spanish or Portuguese preferred, other languages a plus!) Must have a clear background with no criminal offenses . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven retail or sales experience (for store managers, leadership experience is required). Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
