Job Description

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team and support commercial HVAC projects from concept through proposal and award. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects, and playing a key role in the sales and pre‑construction process. As an HVAC Sales Representative, you'll work closely with general contractors, owners, developers, franchisees, and mechanical contractors, helping guide projects through the early stages while keeping communication, timelines, and documentation on track. What You'll Be Doing Manage incoming project files and enter customer and project data into Salesforce Communicate with clients to understand project goals, timelines, and next steps Gather all required project information, including drawings, equipment details, and building specifications Prepare and send proposals aligned with the project scope and bid deadlines Track proposal status, follow up consistently, and document all activity in Salesforce Maintain regular communication with clients to align expectations on both sides Support the transition of approved projects to accounting once proposals are signed Build and maintain long‑term relationships across the commercial construction and HVAC space Provide weekly activity and status reports to leadership What We're Looking For High School diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred 3+ years of experience in HVAC, A/C, or commercial construction Solid understanding of project workflows, bids, and proposal processes Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce strongly preferred) Why Join Us?
