This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities by making outbound calls, building relationships with property managers, condominium associations, commercial property owners, facility managers, and other decision-makers. The primary objective is to schedule qualified appointments for our sales and estimating team to meet with potential clients and secure new projects. Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to businesses and property management companies Generate and qualify new leads Schedule appointments for company representatives and estimators Build relationships with property managers, HOA boards, condominium associations, commercial property owners, and facility managers Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions within the CRM Follow up with prospective clients through phone, email, and text Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals Research target markets and identify potential opportunities Coordinate with management to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads Qualifications Previous experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or business development preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to handle objections and remain professional Experience using CRM systems is a plus Construction, restoration, roofing, or property management experience is a plus Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales or customer service experience preferred Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Construction industry knowledge is a plus, but not required Reliable, professional, and eager to grow Why Join Us?
