Job Description

Sales Coordinator:
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communications, and ensuring a seamless sales process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process sales orders and quotes. Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation. Work closely with internal departments, including customer service, accounting, and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment. Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field (preferred but not required) 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. (preferred but not required) Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
