  • OffLease Orlando is one of Central Florida's fastest-growing pre-owned dealerships, specializing in off-lease and certified used vehicles. Our service department is the backbone of our operation — keeping inventory reconditioned and our customers' vehicles on the road. We're a tight-knit team that rewards hard work, and we're looking for a proven Service Manager to lead the charge.
  • ABOUT THE ROLE
  • We are looking for an energetic, people-first Sales Representative to work inside our dealership showroom in Orlando.
You will guide customers through the entire vehicle buying process — from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they drive off the lot. This is an in-person, floor-based sales role. No cold calling. No outside sales. Just real conversations with real customers who are already in the market to buy. If you love cars, love people, and love closing deals — this is your role.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor in a friendly, professional manner Listen to customer needs and match them with the right vehicle from our inventory Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives Present pricing, financing options, and vehicle history information clearly and honestly Follow up with leads and prospective buyers via phone, text, and email Work with the finance department to ensure a smooth deal close Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions Log all customer interactions and follow-ups in DealerCenter DMS Collaborate with the service and reconditioning team when addressing customer vehicle questions•
REQUIREMENTS
  • 1+ year of sales experience — automotive sales experience is a strong plus but not required Outgoing, confident personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills Genuine passion for helping customers and finding the right fit for their needs Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment Basic computer skills — experience with DealerCenter or any automotive CRM is a plus Self-motivated with a desire to grow income through performance Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record Must be available to work weekends — this is a requirement, not optional High school diploma or GED required•
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous automotive dealership sales experience Experience with DealerCenter DMS or similar automotive CRM Bilingual in English and Spanish — strongly preferred given our customer base Track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas in a previous role
  • COMPENSATION
  • This is a commission-based role with a base draw.
Your income is directly tied to your performance.
Base salary:
$500/week (guaranteed) Monthly commission paid on all vehicles sold The more you sell, the more you earn — your income has no ceiling Top performers significantly exceed their base through monthly commission payouts Estimated first-year earnings: $40,000
