Responsibilities:

Advise customers by providing expert guidance on kitchen and bathroom remodeling products. Build relationships with homeowners, designers, contractors, and architects to drive sales. Assist clients in selecting products that align with their design vision and project needs. Provide accurate estimates and recommendations based on space planning and style preferences. Process sales transactions and follow-up on customer inquiries in a timely manner. Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and innovations to provide top-level service.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in home remodeling, construction, or interior design industries. Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred). Experience in kitchen and bath design, remodeling, architecture, or construction sales is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a team environment. Availability to work Saturdays as needed.
