Internet Sales Advisor Status:

Full Time Location:

On Site We are seeking experienced BDC Agents to join our high-volume automotive dealerships.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Respond to internet leads, texts and emails in a timely manner Schedule and confirm sales appointments Maintain consistent follow up with customers Accurately document all customer activity in the CRM Work closely with BDC management, Internet Managers and Sales Managers Meet department goals for calls, contacts, appointments and shows Maintain a professional and customer focused approach at all times

Requirements:

Automotive BDC experience preferred Previous call center, appointment setting or high volume phone experience required Strong communication and phone skills Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment Strong follow up and organizational skills Comfortable working with CRM systems, email and text communication Bilingual English and Spanish preferred Must have schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends Dependable, motivated and performance driven We are an equal-opportunity employer.
