The Opportunity- We're looking for hungry, driven sales representatives who want to control their own income. This is a 100% commission role with no cap on what you can earn. You eat what you kill. If you're competitive, love the phone, and want to be paid for exactly what you produce, this is for you. How You'll Start - You won't be thrown into the deep end. When you start, your job is to open deals: connect with business owners, qualify them, and get them interested. Once a deal is opened, an experienced closer takes it over the finish line for you. You get paid while you learn, and you're coached through every step of the process. What You'll Do Work hot inbound leads from business owners actively looking for funding Make outbound cold calls and outreach to business owners across industries Open deals by qualifying merchants and understanding their funding needs Hand opened deals to a senior closer, then learn to close them yourself Follow up consistently and build a pipeline of repeat and referral business Sell products including merchant cash advances, working capital, and other business funding solutions What We Provide All leads provided, including hot inbound leads Experienced closers who close your deals while you learn Hands-on coaching and training every step of the way High commission payouts on every funded deal No cap on commission Performance bonuses on top of commission A direct-source funding platform that helps you close more deals A clear path from opener to closer for top performers This Isn't for Everyone- You'll hear "no" a lot, the environment is competitive, and your income depends entirely on your results.
