This is not a basic admin role. The main focus of this position is outbound sales, lead follow-up, appointment setting, CRM management, and marketing support. The right person must be comfortable making a lot of phone calls, talking to homeowners, following scripts, handling objections, staying organized, and helping move leads from first conversation to appointment. You will be calling expired listings, For Sale By Owners, homeowners around listings/open houses, past clients, sphere contacts, and buyer/seller leads. Over time, this role can grow into an Inside Sales Associate position with more responsibility in qualifying, nurturing, and converting leads. This person must be local to Miami, preferably near Aventura, North Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, Hallandale, or surrounding areas. Some work will require being in person, including property visits, vendor coordination, listing prep, open house support, errands, and real estate-related appointments.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to expired listings, FSBOs, homeowners, buyer/seller leads, and database contacts. Set appointments for listing consultations, buyer consultations, property tours, and follow-up calls. Follow up with leads consistently by phone, text, and email. Update CRM notes, lead status, follow-up tasks, and contact information. Help organize and manage the real estate database. Assist with real estate marketing, social media posting, basic content organization, and online visibility. Support listing coordination, showing coordination, vendor communication, open houses, and property-related tasks. Assist with calendar management, email organization, client reminders, and administrative follow-up. Help with rental/property-related coordination when needed. Use tools such as CRM, Follow Up Boss, MLS, Zillow, RedX, Espresso Agent, Mojo, Vulcan7, Google Workspace, Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, spreadsheets, and social media platforms.Requirements:
Must be comfortable making outbound sales calls every day. Must have strong spoken and written English. Must be organized, reliable, coachable, proactive, and detail-oriented. Must be comfortable with CRM systems, technology, social media, and learning new software. Must be local to Miami/South Florida and able to travel locally when needed. Must have reliable transportation. Florida real estate license is preferred, but not required. Willingness to get licensed is a plus. Real estate experience is preferred, but not required if you are highly coachable and willing to learn. Must be able to follow scripts, take feedback, track activity, and improve performance. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.Ideal Candidate:

You are comfortable talking to people, asking questions, handling rejection, and staying consistent. You want to learn real estate sales, marketing, operations, and business from the inside.
