The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting with clients, promoting our services, and assisting homeowners and property managers through the insurance claims process for emergency roof repairs. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to promote our roofing services, particularly focusing on emergency repairs caused by weather events such as hurricanes. Assist homeowners and property owners in understanding their insurance claims related to roof damage and facilitate the repair process. Conduct on-site assessments when necessary to evaluate damage and provide accurate information to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with local community members, insurance agents, and other stakeholders to generate new business opportunities. Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate timely roofing repairs and ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Stay informed about industry trends, local weather patterns, and insurance claim procedures relevant to emergency roofing services. Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the roofing or home improvement industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance claim processes clearly. Knowledge of roofing materials, repair procedures, and local building codes is a plus. Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and handle multiple client interactions effectively. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for on-site assessments.
