About the Role We're looking for a driven, relationship-first sales professional to be the face of our company with custom home builders and general contractors. Your primary focus will be building lasting partnerships with builders who need a trusted landscaping partner on every project they break ground on — and when needed, you'll also connect directly with homeowners to close the deal. This is a relationship-driven B2B sales role with real earning potential. What You'll Do Proactively visit and develop relationships with custom home builders, general contractors, and developers in your territory Get in front of builders early — before ground is broken — to position our team as their go-to landscape partner Meet with homeowners directly when needed to present proposals, answer questions, or close on-site Present customized landscape proposals tailored to each builder's project specs and budget expectations Follow up persistently throughout the build cycle to stay top-of-mind at the right moment Build a referral network by delivering consistently and earning repeat business on every project Meet or exceed weekly visit goals and monthly revenue targets Coordinate closely with our design and installation teams for seamless project handoffs Who We're Looking For We don't need a polished resume — we need someone who doesn't quit.

Is stubbornly persistent — you hear 'no' as 'not yet' and follow up until the timing is right Understands the construction and builder world, or is eager to learn it fast Builds genuine trust with contractors and tradespeople — not just a pitch, but a real relationship Is self-motivated and manages their own territory, schedule, and pipeline without being told Can flex communication style — comfortable on a job site or in a homeowner's living room Stays positive and energetic through long days and slow-moving deals Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Prior experience selling to builders, contractors, or in construction-adjacent industries is a strong plus Compensation & Benefits $45,000-$70,000 base salary, depending on experience Uncapped commission — top performers typical commission: Year 1: $20,000; Year 2: $50,00; Year 3: $100,000+ Mileage reimbursement Paid training and onboarding Opportunities for advancement into senior sales or management roles Supportive team culture where your hustle is recognized and rewarded Schedule Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday availability. You'll work around builder schedules — job sites, model homes, and on-site meetings — typically between 7AM and 6PM. Flexibility is key in this industry.
