Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their car wash needs with enthusiasm Promote various car wash packages, detailing services, and add-on options to maximize sales opportunities Assist customers with vehicle cleaning processes, including basic washing, detailing, buffing, and window tinting services Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, offering recommendations, and resolving concerns promptly Support janitorial and custodial tasks as needed to keep the facility spotless and inviting Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of car wash techniques, detailing, buffing, and window tinting preferred Experience in janitorial or custodial roles demonstrating attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Valid driving license for moving vehicles or equipment when necessary Excellent communication skills to clearly explain services and benefits to customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Join us in creating memorable experiences for our customers while honing your skills in a lively setting!
