Job Description
Job Overview The HVAC Comfort Advisor is responsible for providing in-home consultations to residential customers, evaluating their heating and cooling needs, and offering tailored HVAC system solutions. This role combines technical knowledge with strong sales skills to educate customers, build trust, and guide them toward making informed purchase decisions that improve comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality. Duties Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC system needs. Educate homeowners on energy-efficient HVAC solutions, indoor air quality, and system options. Present proposals and pricing using company-provided tools or software. Close sales and meet or exceed monthly performance targets. Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up with leads, maintain CRM records, and nurture customer relationships. Attend training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and industry trends. Skills Previous experience in HVAC sales or home services preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
