Inside Sales Appointment Setter

BluJax Accounting LLC is hiring driven Appointment Setters to join our in-office team in Wildwood, FL. This is a high-volume outbound role for someone who knows how to work a lead list, get past gatekeepers, hold a professional conversation, and set qualified appointments with business owners and decision-makers. We offer a competitive hourly wage and an aggressive performance-based compensation package. We are looking for experienced appointment setters with a minimum of 2-3 years Inside Sales experience and at least a High School Diploma. We welcome people with telemarketing and call center experience.

Inside Sales Associates Responsibilities:

Make 150+ outbound calls per day Connect with local business owners and decision-makers Qualify prospects and identify real business needs Set appointments for our sales team Track calls, notes, outcomes, and follow-ups in Salesforce CRM Stay consistent with daily and weekly performance goals

Experience:

Experienced in appointment setting, cold calling, inside sales, or business development Confident speaking with business owners Strong at handling objections and gatekeepers Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Organized with accurate CRM notetaking Competitive, coachable, and results-driven Reliable, punctual, and consistent Reliable Transportation This is not a random dialer position. You'll be calling businesses that can benefit from better bookkeeping, cleaner financials, improved cash flow insight, and stronger financial systems. Base pay based on experience Plus Commissions + ongoing residual overrides on all sold projects

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
