Job Description

Field Service Associate GENDA Americas, is the leading amusement vending service with 55,000+ machines in 15,000+ locations nationwide. We are seeking a passionate merchandiser who thrives independently and delivers results. As a route technician, you are responsible for managing a designated territory in an efficient and professional manner. The hiring rate starts at $18 - $22 per hour based on technical experience.

Sign-on bonus available for eligible new hires only. Bonus will be paid after 90 days of continuous employment, provided the employee remains actively employed and in good standing on the payment date. Applicable taxes will be withheld.
Job Duties:
Repairing equipment and troubleshooting issues, according to skill level. Merchandising of gaming equipment (plush and prizes) as needed. Maintain amusements equipment at customer locations in good working order, product stocked in all dispensing equipment and company policies adhered to for cleaning and aesthetics. Responsible for accurate route collections of monies, adhering to proper cash handling procedures. Establish and maintain professional relationship with locations and staff. Detailed record keeping of all meters. Complete follow up as assigned. Ensure each location is set up to maximize revenue and earning potential through location rotations and promotion opportunities. Find new leads as available. Japanese language skills strongly preferred in order to communicate with Japanese-speaking leadership to support ongoing field initiatives, including Route AI, product testing, and merchandising analysis programs Employees who demonstrate fluent Japanese proficiency and actively utilize it in role-related business communication may be eligible for a $2.40/hour language differential , based on business need and assignment scope
Requirements:
Solid experience managing a route or field service background Experience within the amusement gaming industry is a big plus
  • Minimum 2 years of electronics or mechanical repairs
  • Minimum 2 years of Cash handling
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment motor vehicle record check, criminal background check and 4 panel drug screen Detailed and customer service-oriented Solid work ethic for being punctual, dependable, and customer-driven Efficient at managing a workload with minimal supervision Accountable, Productive, and Personable Always working accurately and efficiently Solid organization skills in managing paperwork, tools, parts, etc.
