Job Description

As an Implant Sales Consultant/Coordinator, you will be helping potential patients move forward with lifechanging treatment, including scheduling all new leads and converting them in office. •Bonus structure with no cap on commissions•
Responsibilities:
Call/text/email all leads daily and show high scheduling rate Meet with patients to discuss dentures & dental implants Connect with patients to understand their goals and motivations Present patient information to the doctor Assist patients in applying for financing Organize treatment plans and consent forms Administer a successful handoff to the administrative team for scheduling Negotiate with clients to facilitate successful sales agreements. Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Convert additional treatment/upgrades for existing patients
Requirements :
MUST HAVE
proven track record in sales and meeting KPI's. CRM systems experience preferred Excellent communication, organization, and computer skills. Have a strong sense of empathy and the ability to connect with people on a personal level Help patients accept treatment and have a strong closing rate Collect payment Attend training meetings each week Hours M-F 8am to 4pm with potential of extra hours to secure the sale Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within dental, medical, or pharmaceutical sales. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes. Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in customer service practices, ensuring client satisfaction at all times. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Offices.
