Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions that drive sales growth. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help build lasting relationships, promote our products and services, and contribute to a vibrant, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services Conduct upselling by presenting additional options that enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue Manage route driving to efficiently visit clients or retail locations, ensuring timely deliveries and service visits Demonstrate strong knowledge of pricing strategies to provide competitive offers while maintaining profitability Perform merchandising tasks to ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive relationships Assist with heavy lifting of inventory or promotional materials as needed, maintaining safety protocols at all times Utilize organizational skills to manage schedules, route plans, and sales documentation accurately Apply military discipline or experience in structured environments to uphold professionalism and reliability in all duties Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles with a passion for engaging people and closing deals Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey product benefits and pricing options Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is a plus Knowledge of route driving, route planning, and efficient delivery methods Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and profit margins accurately Familiarity with merchandising techniques to optimize product presentation Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts or routes effectively Military background or experience demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and adaptability is advantageous Join us if you're ready to energize your career in sales!
