Your Daily Junior Sales Representative Duties May Include:

Engage face-to-face with customers and guide them toward auto glass services that meet their needs using effective communication Provide accurate product knowledge, features, and recommendations to support customers decision making Consistently work toward and achieve individual and the Junior Sales Representative team sales goals Build strong, lasting customer relationships through excellent service, trust, and product expertise Stay current on auto glass offerings, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns to effectively support sales efforts Respond to customer questions, concerns, and issues in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner Collaborate with other Junior Sales Representative team members to meet sales objectives, participate in meetings, and engage in ongoing training and leadership development Junior Sales Representative skills and qualifications we value: Previous experience in sales, customer service or related field is preferred but not required Understanding of the auto glass products and services being sold, including features, benefits, and potential applications Excellent communication skills to effectively explain products, address customer concerns, and build rapport The ability to attentively listen to customers' needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations and solutions Ability to efficiently manage multiple customers, tasks, and sales processes simultaneously while meeting targets and deadlines Apply Now!
