This is an in-studio, 30-hour-per-week role designed for a "Producer" who loves the boutique fitness lifestyle and thrives on closing sales and building community. You aren't just managing a desk; you are the face and the heartbeat of the studio. In this role, you will partner with our remote sales team to manage the lead funnel. While the remote team handles the high-volume digital data entry and initial outreach, you will collaborate with them on lead follow-up to ensure every potential member receives a personal, high-vibe touch. You own the on-site experience, ensuring brand standards are met, coordinating local events, and personally closing the memberships that you and the remote team cultivate together.
Responsibilities Sales Partnership:
Work closely with the remote sales team on lead follow-up and outreach to ensure a seamless "white-glove" experience for every inquiry.The Close:
Take warm leads and trials and convert them into members through elite in-person hospitality and confident sales closing.Social & Vibe:
Capture daily magic in the studio (photos and videos) to keep our social media authentic and high-energy.Events:
Plan and execute 2 to 4 monthly in-studio events and local partnerships to keep the FS8 brand dominant in the Orlando community.Member Retention:
Be the "Culture Anchor" on the floor, recognizing member milestones and ensuring every person feels valued.Operations:
Ensure the studio meets the "Presidential Standard" of cleanliness and brand aesthetics daily.Requirements Sales Instinct:
You have a background in boutique fitness, high-end retail, or hospitality and are not afraid to ask for the sale.Brand Storyteller:
You are comfortable creating organic content and know how to showcase the studio's energy and community through social media.Performance Driven:
You are motivated by measurable results and want a role where your compensation directly reflects the studio's growth.Presence:
This is a 100% in-studio role across our two local locations.Wait:
Do I need to be Pilates Certified? No. We are looking for a leader first. If you are already an instructor, that is great! If not, but you find yourself falling in love with the FS8 modality, the option to become a certified instructor is available to you.Compensation Base:
$20.00 to $22.00 per hour (30 hours/week).Performance:
Aggressive commission structure on every new membership sign-up plus quarterly growth bonuses.Pay:

This role supports two locations, and the expectation is that you are present in both. The right candidate must have flexible availability including some evenings and weekends.
