We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Palm Bay Branch team.

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets. This role requires expertise in plumbing and septic products , experience creating job quotes , and proficiency with Eclipse ERP . The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a proven sales track record, and enjoys helping customers find the right solutions while growing the company's revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

"Get the sale" using multiple sales methods, including cold calling, presentations, and customer visits. Forecast sales, develop creative sales strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness. Evaluate customer needs, provide product guidance, and build long-term relationships. Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads. Accurately prepare job quotes and manage orders using Eclipse ERP . Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets. Attend sales meetings, training, and industry events to stay up-to-date on trends. Maintain and expand the client database. Research competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven inside or outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas . Knowledge of plumbing and septic products (required). Experience preparing and managing job quotes . Familiarity with Eclipse ERP (required). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team. BA/BS degree or relevant industry experience preferred.
