Area:
Coral Shores Behavioral Hospital is an 80-bed behavioral health facility located in Stuart, FL, and provides inpatient treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults. Our professional staff individualizes care to uniquely fit the intensity and severity of each patient case and their family's needs. Because crisis occurs at all times of the day and night, our services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Generous Paid Time Job Summary:
This position assists in the organization and implementation of the marketing plan. Works with the Director of Business Development in the development and coordination of projects. Represents the facility in assigned markets to include hospitals, crisis units, physicians, mental health professionals and other assigned groups or agencies. Performs marketing functions as assigned by the Director.
Responsibilities:
Increase awareness of our services in an assigned territory and generate patient referrals Execute analysis of assigned territory and creates monthly and weekly strategic plans Offer informed tours of facilities to potential or existing referral sources Offer public speaking engagements in the community Develop and implement innovative strategies for new and existing referral sources Report daily and weekly activities accurately Monitor tracking system daily for needed actions and follow ups Develop and maintain positive relationships with key referral sources including hospitals, therapists, physicians, other substance use providers, substance use facilities, courts, law offices, and recovery advocacy groups. Provide alternative referral options for clients who are not appropriate for our programs Professionally represent Coral Shores Behavioral Health at networking events and conferences
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Degree. Preferred one year of experience in Sales/Marketing Healthcare Industry a
