Mon-Fri, [8:00-5:00] Employment type: Full-time, W-2 About us We're an Allstate agency serving families and small businesses in Bay County and throughout Florida. We move fast, coach daily, and reward results. The role (summary) Own a hybrid pipeline : work agency-provided remarketing/cross-sell opportunities and bring in your own business through referrals, re-quotes, community outreach, and social. If you like building relationships, competing, and getting paid for production, you'll fit right in. What you'll do Quote, present options, and close Personal Lines policies (auto, home, renters, toys, umbrella). Work a mixed lead flow : agency lists (remarketing, cross-sell, recent inquiries) + your self-generated prospects. Run consistent follow-up by phone, text, and email using our CRM. Ask for referrals and bundle coverages to improve protection and retention. Keep clean notes, manage tasks, and hit daily/weekly activity targets. Partner with service staff to ensure smooth onboarding and renewals. Uphold Allstate and Florida compliance standards. What success looks like (first 90 days) Week 2: live quoting with supervision. 30 days: 25-35 quotes/week; ~10-12 policies/month. 60-90 days: 18-25 policies/month, steady cross-sell, reliable pipeline you're building yourself. What you bring 2+ years closing sales (insurance or high-volume phone/retail). Comfortable finding your own customers in addition to leads we provide. Strong phone presence; clear writing for text/email; organized in a CRM. Florida 2-20 preferred (or 4-40 with a plan to upgrade). Must meet state licensing background requirements and be authorized to work in the U.S. Pay Base salary + uncapped commission Most experienced producers who meet goals earn about $[-] per year ; top performers $[__]+ .
