We are a design-build remodeling company serving the Tampa Bay area, specializing in kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and full home remodeling projects. Kitchen Remodels Bathroom & Shower Remodels Cabinet Replacement Countertops & Tile Full Home Renovations We are looking for experienced in-home sales professionals who know how to close high-ticket remodeling projects. This is an outside sales / in-home design consultant role . You will run pre-set, pre-qualified, confirmed appointments with homeowners who have already contacted us requesting an estimate. This is NOT door-to-door. This is NOT cold calling. You will be meeting motivated homeowners. What You'll Do Conduct in-home consultations for kitchen, bathroom, and full remodel projects Measure spaces and gather project details Provide estimates and guide homeowners through design and material options Deliver professional, interactive sales presentations Close deals and manage client expectations through contract signing Input data accurately into our system Requirements 2-3+ years proven in-home residential remodeling sales experience Strong closing ability with documented results Construction knowledge (kitchen, bath, siding, or general remodel preferred) Ability to measure and create basic layout sketches Reliable personal vehicle for local travel Valid driver's license & insurance Strong communication and presentation skills Computer proficiency (email, CRM, Microsoft Office) Ability to pass background check Preferred Experience Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Sales Cabinetry or Wet Area Upgrades Chief Architect or 2020 Design (helpful but not required) Experience working evenings and Saturdays 100% Commission Based 10% Commission Of Each Job Closed (Typical Job Ranges $38,000-200,000$) Top performers earn six figures running company-provided appointments.
