We are currently hiring an Outside Account Executive for the East Central Florida territory, which covers Polk, Orange, Osceola and Brevard counties. This role is for a true "hunter" salesperson who thrives in face-to-face business development, relationship building, and closing deals. Customer Relationship Personal Evolution Autonomy Responsibilities Spend 75% of your time in the field meeting with prospects and closing new business. Prospect, qualify, and develop relationships with commercial and industrial customers. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline data, and follow-up activities. Continuously improve sales skills through weekly professional coaching. Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure successful onboarding of new accounts. Represent the Propane Ninja brand with professionalism, safety, and enthusiasm. Must Have Bachelor Degree or Extensive experience in Propane Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience (B2B preferred). At least 1 year of prospecting or field sales experience. Proven "hunter" mentality — self-driven and results-oriented. Strong organizational and communication skills. Nice to have Experience in fuel, logistics, or industrial service industries. CRM proficiency (Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Existing network of business contacts in Florida's industrial or commercial sectors. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal). What We Offer Base salary + weekly bonuses + generous commissions. Gas and car allowance for travel. OTE Year 1: ~$90
  • 110; OTE Year 2: ~$110
  • 130; OTE Year 3: ~$140
  • 160 (Top performers often exceed OTE because commissions are never capped).
