You'll work directly with leadership, learn modern software sales strategies, and help transportation companies improve efficiency and reduce operating costs through technology.
Compensation Base Salary:
$50,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000-$100,000+ Uncapped commission structure Location Plantation, FL (Hybrid/Office-Based) What You'll Do Prospect and engage trucking, logistics, and fleet businesses Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound lead follow-up Schedule demos for senior sales leadership and assist in closing opportunities Learn Fleet Owl's software platform and communicate its value to prospective customers Maintain pipeline activity and notes within CRM systems Attend occasional trade shows, networking events, and industry functions Collaborate with marketing and leadership on growth initiatives What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset Interest in SaaS, technology, logistics, or business development Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Fleet Owl?
