Position Summary Dave's Pest Control is seeking an experienced Commercial Salesperson to drive business growth by acquiring new commercial clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This role requires a deep understanding of the pest control industry, proven success in commercial sales, and the ability to close deals efficiently. The position involves travel across South Florida (Plantation, Davie, Miami & surrounding areas) to meet with clients and prospects. Key Responsibilities Achieve minimum annual contract value closed of $500,000 , with a target exceeding $850,000 Track and report sales activity in CRM software Identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries Deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients Attend networking events and tradeshows, generating appointments from these events Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to provide top-tier client service. Perform the initial service (first treatment) for newly acquired accounts as needed. Desired Candidate Attributes Positive attitude with a professional, client-focused approach Results-driven and motivated to exceed sales goals Strong knowledge of the pest control industry and market dynamics Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (pest control industry experience preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with CRM software and modern sales tools Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary + commission (total compensation ranging from $50,000
