Junior Sales Representative — B2B (Full-Cycle) | Base + Uncapped Commission

ABOUT GREENLIGHTUPS

GreenlightUPS sells refurbished Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems — the backup power equipment that keeps data centers, medical facilities, and businesses running when the grid fails. We deliver the same protection as new equipment at a significant cost saving, and we're growing fast. We're building a sales team from the ground up. That means the people we hire now aren't joining a machine that already exists — they're helping build it, and they'll have first claim on the senior roles as we scale.

THE ROLE

This is a full-cycle sales role: you'll work inbound leads and outbound prospects, qualify them, build the quote, and close the deal. You own the customer from first contact to signed order. You will be trained. We run a structured, script-based process with daily practice and coaching — you will not be handed a phone and left to figure it out. If you want a job where you're developed deliberately, this is it. If you want to be left alone, this isn't.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call and follow up with inbound leads quickly and consistently
• Prospect and open conversations with potential customers
• Qualify needs and build accurate UPS quotes
• Close orders and hand off cleanly to fulfillment
• Run our sales process and scripts as trained, and drill them daily
• Keep CRM accurate and current

These are junior roles by design. As GreenlightUPS grows, we are building a clear career ladder — senior rep, specialized closer and setter tracks, and leadership. The people who prove themselves now move up first.

COMPENSATION

• $40,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission
• Realistic on-target earnings of $76,892
• 86,147 in year one for a rep who hits ramp
• Top performers earn more — commission is uncapped
