What You'll Do (Essential Functions)

Drive Growth:

Cultivate relationships with existing accounts to maximize satisfaction while aggressively prospecting and closing new business. Be the

Expert:

Deep-dive into our premier product line to confidently up-sell, cross-sell, and make strategic recommendations that help our clients succeed. On the

Move:

Plan your own travel, schedule face-to-face visits with key accounts, and represent the brand at major industry trade shows.

Collaborate:

Partner closely with management and inside sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met flawlessly.

What We Are Looking For The Experience:

A Bachelor s degree paired with 2 years of sales experience (or an equivalent, stellar track record of training and experience).

The Road Warrior Mentality:

You must be comfortable with 90% travel. You love being out in the field, visiting diverse manufacturing and industrial facilities, and working from your home office.

The Core Skills:

Top-tier communication, high initiative, solid computer proficiency, excellent time management, and intermediate math skills.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Physical Demands:
