About the Role A growing financial services firm in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida is hiring MCA Sales Brokers to close Merchant Cash Advance deals with business owners across the country. This is a full-time, onsite, phone-based sales position supported by company-provided leads, a structured sales process, and consistent coaching. Leads are provided. The sales process is established. The earning potential is substantial for professionals who are committed to learning the process and producing at a high level. What You Will Do Close Merchant Cash Advance deals with business owners from initial contact through funded transaction. Conduct professional sales calls using structured scripts and objection handling techniques. Follow up with leads consistently to move opportunities through the pipeline. Track pipeline activity and performance metrics to manage your book of business. Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to develop your skills and production. What We Are Looking For Prior experience in sales, inside sales, or a financial services sales environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to guide conversations and build confidence with prospects. Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven setting. Organized with the ability to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously. Motivated to develop professionally and increase earnings over time. Compensation Commission of 30% on closed deals. Residual income of 30% on funded accounts. Estimated annual earnings range from $118,000 to $650,000 or more depending on individual performance.
