Rapidly growing flood protection and specialty construction company seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to develop relationships and secure high-value projects across Florida's construction and property management sectors Coastal Florida both East and West Coast.

What You'll Do:

Identify opportunities in new construction and retrofit projects Develop relationships with general contractors, developers, builders, architects, engineers and property managers Review plans, drawings, and specifications to determine flood protection needs Prepare bids and quotes in coordination with design and estimation team

What We're Looking For:

Experience in commercial construction sales, building products, or B2B sales Ability to read and understand plans and project specifications Strong relationship-building and networking skills Self-starter who can develop a pipeline Professional and confident working with high-level decision-makers
