We dress gentlemen for weddings, galas, proms, and private occasions with custom-fitted rentals, made-to-measure suits and tuxedos, and refined accessories. The experience is appointment-only and never big-box. We are hiring one full-time Sales Consultant who loves helping men look their best and who treats every fitting as a personal occasion.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Greet clients by appointment and lead a consultative fitting from first conversation through final look Guide grooms, groomsmen, and event guests through rental, purchase, and custom options Take accurate measurements and communicate fit notes clearly to our tailoring team Coordinate group wedding parties, out-of-town measurements, and pickup/return logistics Maintain the showroom, garment presentation, and client records to boutique standards Represent the shop with warmth, discretion, and genuine product knowledge

Willing to work Tuesday through Saturday Willing to work extended hours for late appointments and peak wedding or prom seasons Able to lift tuxedo rentals and garment bags

SCHEDULE & SETTING

In-store, Palm Beach Gardens (PGA Commons)

Full-time:

minimum 30 hours per week Core hours align with the shop: Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., plus flexibility for late clients and peak seasons

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$25 per hour $500 monthly bonus when sales goals are met After 30 days: 20% off all retail merchandise and 50% off rentals One week paid vacation in the summer After 90 days: eligibility to participate in the company 401(k) with a Safe Harbor match
