Sales Representative

Overview:

The Sales Representative is responsible for managing and converting incoming leads into booked appointments and treatment sales. This role serves as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them from initial inquiry through consultation, treatment planning, and ongoing follow-up to maximize retention and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

Promptly respond to all incoming online leads (website, social media, email, text) with the goal of converting inquiries into scheduled appointments.

Appointment Scheduling:

Coordinate and book consultations efficiently while optimizing provider schedules and ensuring a high show rate.

Client Follow-Up:

Maintain consistent and structured follow-up with new and existing leads via calls, texts, and emails to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

In-Person Sales:

Conduct consultations, assess client needs, educate on services, and confidently recommend and close appropriate treatment plans and packages.

$30,000.00
