Job Overview We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative with a working knowledge of kitchen design to join our Saint Petersburg, FL subsidiary company. In this role, sales come first—you'll be responsible for growing revenue, managing client accounts, and closing deals. Design knowledge is important, but only as a tool to help you sell more effectively. You'll use software like 2020 Design to generate quick layouts and provide visual support to guide clients through the purchasing process. This is a full-time, in-person role working in our retail store with competitive pay plus uncapped commissions and strong career growth potential. Sales Representative (with 2020 Experience) Key Responsibilities Proactively manage incoming leads and walk-ins, and convert prospects into paying customers Build long-term relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, and property developers Understand client needs and recommend cabinet solutions that fit their budget and timeline Use 2020 Design or similar tools to assist in creating basic kitchen and bath layouts that support your sales Present cabinet styles, finishes, and pricing clearly and professionally Own the sales cycle from quote to order to delivery—ensure timely follow-up and smooth handoffs to logistics Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on promotions, inventory, and pricing Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Sales Representative (with 2020 Experience) Qualifications & Skills Proven sales experience —preferably in cabinets, furniture, or home improvement (B2B or retail) Working knowledge of 2020 Design software or willingness to learn quickly Understanding of basic kitchen layout principles and cabinet components Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Graphic design experience (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a bonus Benefits Uncapped commission structure —your earnings reflect your effort 401(k) with company match Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Growth opportunities with a fast-growing company Team environment with strong sales support Schedule & Location Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts On-site in Saint Petersburg, Florida Must be able to commute or relocate before starting Why You'll Succeed Here You love closing deals, building relationships, and helping clients get what they need.
