Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager / Sales Representative to manage and grow a national Business to Business client base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is organized, confident in client-facing roles, and comfortable working with data and CRM systems to manage a full sales pipeline. Responsibilities Help drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying additional product opportunities Manage and expand a national B2B book of business, including nurturing existing accounts and acquiring new business clients Handle inbound leads and conduct strategic outbound outreach to generate new B2B sales Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding sales, promotions, and new product offerings Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure customer needs are met and orders are fulfilled smoothly Contribute to monthly sales goals including revenue growth, closing opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding promotions, sales initiatives, and new product launches Requirements Min. 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Familiarity in HubSpot CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development preferred Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on opportunities Eager to learn sales processes and develop pipeline management skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in the consumer safety industry, we encourage you to apply for the Account Manager / Sales Representative role at Guard Dog Security.
