In this role, you will be responsible for selling and delivering products to our current clients while also generating new leads. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial part in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring timely deliveries. This position requires strong organizational skills and self motivation to be able to work independently without daily direct supervision. Duties Safely operate a delivery vehicle along designated routes to ensure timely delivery of products. Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries. Build lasting relationships with customers through communication and exceptional service. Manage inventory on the vehicle, ensuring accurate counts and proper handling of products. Perform heavy lifting as required to load and unload products from the vehicle. Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Maintain organized records of deliveries, including customer signatures and any discrepancies encountered during the route. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Requirements Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients. Clean driving record Sales experience is beneficial but not required Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of daily duties. Proficient in basic math for pricing calculations and handling cash transactions. Excellent organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and inventory effectively. Capability to drive safely under various conditions while maintaining focus on the road. Compensation This position has a base salary of $45,000 per year plus monthly commission on sales over a set threshold, offering high earnings for top performers.
