This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys working directly with homeowners, and understands how to guide projects from initial conversation through early estimating and preconstruction. You'll be the face of the company in the field, helping clients feel confident while creating a smooth and professional experience from the first interaction. What You'll Do Manage and qualify inbound leads through discovery calls and client consultations Conduct on-site meetings, project walkthroughs, and homeowner consultations Take field measurements, photos, and gather project details for estimating purposes Prepare and present preliminary ballpark estimates and project recommendations Support the estimating and preconstruction process by organizing scope and project information Build strong relationships with homeowners and guide them through the early stages of the sales process Maintain consistent follow-up communication to improve conversion rates and client experience Represent Pro Work professionally at networking events, industry functions, and community opportunities Track pipeline activity, CRM updates, and KPIs to ensure accountability and performance Work closely with leadership while operating independently with minimal supervision What We're Looking For Strong background in sales, business development, or client relationship management 2-3+ years of residential construction, remodeling, or home service industry experience is preferred Comfortable discussing projects, pricing, and solutions with homeowners Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills Self-starter mentality with a high level of ownership and accountability Organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and AI tools Professional presence with the ability to build trust quickly Motivated by performance, growth, and earning potential Compensation & Benefits Base salary of approximately $48,000-$50,000 annually Performance-based commission structure tied to signed agreements and project revenue Realistic $75K+ earning potential for top performers Company truck provided Gas and related business expenses covered Opportunity for commission growth based on performance and impact Long-term growth opportunity within a growing residential construction company Why Join Pro Work?
