Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and B2B sales strategies to generate new business opportunities. Demonstrate vehicles' features and benefits confidently, utilizing public speaking and presentation skills to inform and persuade customers. Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions efficiently. Conduct high-end sales negotiations, upselling additional features or services to maximize dealership revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, dealership products, and market trends to provide accurate information and tailored recommendations. Support sales efforts by organizing inventory control, retail math calculations, and maintaining organized records for effective sales management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally via phone etiquette and in-person interactions, fostering long-term relationships. Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles; dealership experience is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities can enhance outreach to diverse customer bases. Demonstrated proficiency in CRM software, inventory management systems, and basic retail math calculations. Skilled in negotiation, upselling techniques, and closing deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. Ability to engage confidently in public speaking and conduct effective presentations to groups or individual clients. Knowledge of outbound sales strategies including cold calling and marketing initiatives; experience with B2B sales is advantageous.
