Job Description

The Role Server Part Deals has shipped over 1,000,000 orders to IT professionals, integrators, infrastructure teams, and resellers worldwide. Most of our customers have historically purchased online without speaking to a representative — that's where you come in. This is not a high-volume cold-calling role. We leverage internal data to identify a curated list of existing customers — including repeat buyers, growth accounts, and high-potential segments — who would benefit from a dedicated point of contact. Your role is to deliver a high-touch, relationship-driven experience. You'll work with two key customer segments:
End Users:
IT teams, integrators, and infrastructure buyers sourcing for their own environments. Conversations focus on specifications, compatibility, refresh cycles, and procurement timing. Wholesalers /
Resellers:
VARs, brokers, and distributors purchasing for resale. Conversations focus on availability, pricing tiers, lot sizing, and recurring supply. Success in this role requires the ability to read each account and adapt your approach accordingly. What You'll Do Work a daily call list generated through internal data filtering (existing customers segmented by purchase history, account size, and growth potential) Build and strengthen relationships with online-only customers Lead meaningful conversations to understand customer environments, sourcing challenges, and upcoming needs Identify and solve key pain points such as sourcing gaps, lead times, and hard-to-find SKUs Manage quoting, follow-ups, and closing deals Track all account activity, conversations, and opportunities Develop product knowledge across enterprise SSDs, HDDs, servers, and networking components from brands like Seagate, Western Digital, Samsung, Micron, HP, and Dell Requirements 1-3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, VAR, distribution, ITAD, or MSP environments Comfortable handling a high volume of phone-based conversations (consultative, not scripted) Ability to quickly learn technical product details and communicate them clearly Preferred Experience selling enterprise storage, servers, or networking hardware Familiarity with secondary market or refurbished IT channels
Compensation Base Salary:
$36,000
Commission:
Uncapped On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+
Pay:
$35,000.00 - $36,000.00 per month
