Assistant Salesperson - Cabinet Showroom

Position Summary Magnolia Cabinet Co. is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Salesperson to join our cabinet showroom team. This position works closely with the showroom manager and sales team to assist clients, support the sales process, coordinate selections, and help maintain a welcoming and organized showroom environment. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with homeowners, designers, builders, and vendors in a fast-paced luxury residential environment. Key Responsibilities Assist the showroom manager and sales team with daily operations and client support Greet and assist clients visiting the showroom Help clients with cabinet selections, finishes, hardware, and product options Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documents as directed by the sales team Maintain accurate customer files, notes, and project information Coordinate appointments, meetings, and showroom scheduling Follow up with clients regarding selections, approvals, and project updates Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, designers, and vendors Assist with ordering, tracking, and organizing product information and samples Maintain showroom appearance, organization, and product displays Support marketing efforts, social media updates, or showroom events as needed Assist with administrative and clerical tasks related to showroom operations Qualifications Previous sales, customer service, or showroom experience preferred Experience in cabinetry, interior design, construction, remodeling, or related fields is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills required Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude required Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Basic computer proficiency including email, scheduling, and Microsoft Office programs Experience with design software or CRM systems is a plus but not required Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Must be able to work scheduled showroom hours Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing Pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen Work Environment Full-time position Primarily showroom and office-based environment Occasional visits to jobsites, vendor locations, or client meetings may be required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement and growth within the company Paid holidays and PTO based on company policy Supportive team-oriented environment

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
