Job Overview Outbound | Pipeline Builder | Growth-Focused Overview We're looking for a driven Market Development Representative to help expand our footprint by starting conversations, opening doors, and uncovering new logo business opportunities. This is a highly active, outbound-focused role for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives on momentum, and takes pride in creating opportunity through consistent effort. If you're energized by prospecting, relationship building, and being the front end of a growing sales engine, you'll feel right at home here. Success in this role comes from focus, curiosity, and disciplined outreach—and it's rewarded with clear growth opportunities and uncapped earning potential. What You'll Do Proactively reach out to local businesses via phone and community engagement Start meaningful conversations with decision-makers Identify needs and assess whether there's a strong fit for our solutions Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective opportunities Schedule qualified meetings for our sales team Track outreach, activity, and outcomes in our CRM Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and authenticity What Success Looks Like Consistent daily outreach activity (this role rewards focus and repetition) Increasing quality conversations week over week A steady flow of qualified meetings entering the sales pipeline Strong collaboration with the sales team and marketing leadership What We're Looking For Comfortable spending a large part of the day on the phone connecting with people Clear, confident, and conversational communication style Resilient mindset—you don't take "no" personally, and you stay focused on the next conversation Self‑directed and goal‑oriented; you like knowing what success looks like Organized and consistent with follow‑ups and pipeline management Previous experience in sales, customer service, or outreach is helpful—but not required What We Offer Base salary + uncapped commission Clear path into sales, account management, or other growth roles Training, tools, and ongoing coaching to sharpen your skills Supportive, team‑oriented culture that values effort and improvement A visible role where your work directly impacts company growth Why This Role Matters You are the starting point of our growth engine.
