Patient Education Consultant - Dental Implants Full-Time | Sarasota, FL Help People Change Their Lives—and Help Us Grow Something Extraordinary. We are launching a new implant-focused dental practice and are looking for an exceptional Patient Education Consultant to play a key role in establishing and growing the practice. This is a high-touch, consultative sales position for someone who understands that implant dentistry is about far more than replacing teeth. Our patients are looking for a life-changing experience. They may want to eat the foods they love again, smile without hesitation, stop worrying about missing or failing teeth, regain their confidence, and feel like themselves again. Your role is to listen, educate, build trust, and confidently guide patients toward the solution that can change their life. What You'll Do Own the patient consultation process from initial conversation through treatment decision. Educate patients about implant treatment, their options, and the value of care. Present comprehensive treatment plans and confidently discuss financial investment and financing options. Build meaningful relationships by understanding each patient's goals, concerns, and motivations. Manage consistent follow-up and maintain a strong patient pipeline. Confidently address questions and concerns and help patients move forward with treatment. Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to create an exceptional patient experience. Help develop referral relationships, community outreach, and local growth opportunities. Participate in marketing and practice-development initiatives that introduce our implant center to the community. Help establish the systems and patient experience that will support the growth of our new practice. Who We're Looking For Compassionate enough to listen. Confident enough to close. You are:
An exceptional communicator and relationship builder. Comfortable with consultative and high-value sales. Confident discussing significant financial investments and financing. Motivated by goals, performance, and results. Persistent and excellent at follow-up. Emotionally intelligent and genuinely passionate about helping people. Comfortable building relationships within the community. Someone who takes ownership, sees opportunities, and makes things happen. Dental or implant treatment coordination experience is strongly preferred. Experience with full-arch implants, cosmetic dentistry, healthcare sales, or high-value consultative sales is a major advantage. Why This Opportunity?
