Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to educate clients on roofing options, materials, and benefits. Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close sales effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Develop strategic business plans to increase market share through account management and upselling existing clients. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that boost lead generation and brand awareness in your territory. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales , or retail sales with a focus on technical or product-based solutions. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations independently. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster long-term client relationships. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis. Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, direct sales, or inside sales techniques. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans for territory growth.
